In fall 2024, Tractor Beverage wanted to create grassroots buzz and grow brand awareness among college students.

Moose proposed launching a campus marketing internship at six different universities, and helped run the semester-long program from start to finish.
Leading up to the fall 2024 semester, we created promotional materials and held recruitment events at the colleges where Tractor was rolling out its intern program.
After selecting the interns, Moose developed the framework and training materials for the program.
Throughout the semester, the interns were required to host sampling events, post on social media, and collaborate with campus dining teams and Tractor sales reps to identify future opportunities to build awareness.
To promote the internship, we met students where they were at: their college campuses. Signage was displayed at recruitment events and in student unions, dining halls, and dorms.
We created templates that interns could use and activate around during the sampling events that they hosted in the fall.
