The Situation
CAO Cigars was debuting one of its largest cigars to date, the Flathead 860, and wanted to build buzz and excitement with a launch that was just as big.
The Challenge
Create a unique digital program to cut through the noise of a crowded cigar category, where new products are launched all the time.
The Insight
CAO has built the Flathead brand on hot rod culture, and with modding being a big part of that scene, it was time to turn the keys over to fans to create their own custom vehicle.
Our Solution
We let fans be a part of the release with an ai-powered tool that let fans build the car, motorcycle or truck of their dreams – which they did, over and over again. After designing their own vehicles, we educated fans about the entire Flathead lineup and gave them the opportunity to win a cigar “tool kit” for their own garage.
The landing page hosts the main site mechanic - the A.I. prompt to build their dream machine.
